PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Using our broad experiences from the area of automotive industry, we realize innovation and optimization projects for global corporations and local suppliers in the cooperation with Technical University in Košice and other partner organizations, alternatively using funds of European Union. Projects are mostly oriented at:

• Research, analysis and resolutions of surface material defects occurring in automotive industry.
• Saving or optimization of resources consumption during its application in production process.
• Optimization of parameters of current production and support processes.
• Automation design of production processes using new technologies, including proposal an prototyping.
• Implementation of integrated software solutions for control and supervision of production processes.
• Transverzalisation of innovative solutions in the area of various operations of client on regional or global level.

In frame of project task solving we are ready to cover all projects phases, from intention and analysis of current situation, through definition of targets, time planning and definition of expected targets, up to realization of particular project phases.
